He is a self-made naturalist and a wildlife conservation activist. Three decades of long exposure in Odisha’s forest and it’s wildlife. Completed his ornithology under the guidance of Dr. U.N. Dev (Bird man of India). As an avid bird watcher,he has a vast experience in bird identification and their behavior. Participated in many status surveys of birds and wild animals of various forest and wildlife division of Odisha state. Also involved in many other wildlife activities and different wildlife project’s like… Elephant Corridors and restoration program under WTI. Forest Owlet search operation under BNHS. Forest fire awareness programs of three Forest Division of Odisha. Peafowl conservation for Ghumsur South forest division. Capacity building and training of forest division staff in identifying for various birds and wild animals and rescue operation and lot more. Also works in the field of socio economy growth of the forest inmates. Also done a lot of nature campaign programs for school eco club students.

He is a passionate wildlife conservationist and believe in promoting environmentalism by sharing his knowledge and experience about the natural world. He is concerned with conservation of wild animals and birds in their natural habitat by eradication of forest fire which leads to loss of their habitats.
